Returns & Exchange Policy

At F.O.R.T.Y. Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns and exchange policy carefully.

Return Period

You have the right to return an item within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order, in accordance with Greek consumer protection law.

Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the products must meet the following conditions:

• Be unused and in excellent condition
• Retain their original tags
• Be in their original packaging
• Be accompanied by the proof of purchase

Excluded Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are not eligible for return:

• Underwear and swimwear
• Discounted/sale items
• Jewellery (unless defective)

To proceed with a return:

2. State your order number and the reason for the return
3. You will receive instructions for shipping the product
4. Send the product to our address: Leoforos Ionias 75, Alimos, Attica

Return Costs

Shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refund or Exchange

You can choose:

• Refund: You will receive a full refund within 14 working days of receipt of the product
• Exchange: Exchange for another product of equal or greater value
• Store Credit: Store credit for a future purchase

Defective Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return costs and proceed with an immediate replacement or refund.
